Joe: Apprentice Engineering Technician
Joe chose to embark on his apprenticeship journey with M&S as a natural next step in growing his career. With support from his line manager and team, Joe has honed his technical skills, including welding and fault-finding, while developing his leadership and communication abilities.

Daniel: Chartered Management Degree Apprentice
With years of self-taught management experience, Daniel sought formal training to enhance his leadership and analytical skills. Through his degree apprenticeship, he’s gaining insights into management styles, data analysis, and time management techniques, like the Covey Matrix.

Andrew & Hantian: Business Transformation Fellows
Both Andrew and Hantian joined the Business Transformation Fellowship to enhance their ability to drive meaningful change.

Rachel: HR People Professional Apprentice
Rachel’s passion for people led her to pursue a career in HR. Her apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, and workforce strategy.
