Who you are
• An inspirational leader with proven leadership, engagement and stakeholder management skills who is able to adapt your style to your audience
• A leader who consistently and continually inspires others to achieve the highest standards of performance and behaviour from themself and their team while creating an environment that enables Colleagues to deliver their best
• Commercially focussed with an understanding of business and trade outcomes and the impact of these on other areas of the business.

M&S gives you the freedom to be yourself. If you are genuinely motivated by a challenge, there’s nothing to stop you or hold you back. I would pass on the same advice I was given. Seize the opportunities. Share your ideas. Try things out. If it works, great. If it doesn’t, learn from it. This is the way we move forward as people – and as a business.
