As a Buyer within our hospitality business, you’ll collaborate with leading suppliers across the UK and Europe to source and develop products that enhance the guest experience and reflect our brand’s commitment to quality and care.

You’ll be responsible for building strong supplier relationships and negotiating to deliver exceptional value while upholding the highest standards in safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction. Working closely with our Product Development team, you’ll stay ahead of trends in hospitality and wellness, identifying opportunities to innovate and elevate our product offerings across our venues.

This role also involves cross-functional collaboration with teams in supply chain, marketing, guest experience, and operations to ensure smooth product rollouts and impactful in-room and on-site experiences that delight our guests.

What you’ll do

  • Drive sales and profit in line with operating plan budgets
  • Drive market share performance
  • Lead relationship with suppliers through effective commercial management
  • Prepare and agree category plan with Management Team through analysis of customer insight, sales and trends
  • Set effective range strategies to optimise selling format and product choice, understanding space requirements
