Retail Leaders Degree Apprenticeship

Join our Degree Apprenticeship and become a future leader at M&S. This programme gives you the skills to manage your own store while earning a Level 6 Degree. You'll get hands-on experience, learning every aspect of retail, from daily operations to team leadership. It's your chance to dive into the fast-paced world of retail and make a real impact.

Retail Leaders School Leaver Programme

Kick-start your retail career with our School Leaver Programme. You'll gain the skills to manage a store, working closely with customers and colleagues from day one. With hands-on learning and real responsibility, you'll master our routines and learn how to lead a team. This programme sets you up to make a difference and grow in the world of retail.

Buying & Merchandising

Analyse the numbers and spot the trends before they arrive as you learn how to match customers with the products they love. This 24-month apprenticeship will put you right at the heart of our Clothing and Home team, and give you the best head start in the business. Through a mix of on-the-job experience and structured learning at the Fashion Retail Academy, you’ll learn from expert colleagues and work with suppliers across the world.
