We have a huge amount to deliver at pace to enable our supply chain to become truly responsive which is why we need a International Network Planning Manager to play an integral part in delivering our strategy.

All the details

This role will work cross functionally with international trading, commercial planning, logistics, finance, online and franchise partners. It will cover the End 2 End from the order book through to the flow of stock to working capital and underpin this with the appropriate reporting. NB: This role is UK based and will work out of our Padding to Support Office however some overseas travel may be required as part of the role.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Lead network planning and the alignment of the overall International Clothing & Home stock flow and stock holding. By route to analyse network capacity and associated actions across both short, mid and long term. Options in the future to extend further to Franchise partners
  • International Clothing & Home shipment and order book reporting for International Franchise, Joint Venture and Wholly Owned Businesses including online (both D2C and marketplace). To enable scenario modelling to support both financial and operational plans.
  • Management and preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Shipment reporting vs. Op Plan, Quarterly Revisions and last year plans by BU / partner. To ensure the roll up and alignment to the overall Clothing & Home plan, making recommendations for action where required
  • Key member of the EU EDC programme team. To set up new ways of working to create a new E2E planning process with appropriate governance structure, accountabilities and stretching metrics
  • Provide on time and accurate reporting Key Performance Indicator’s and SLA’s across the network. To include, cover levels, inbound and outbound capacity and delivery of fulfilment metrics
  • Work across functions through the Stock WSSI to set, review and manage stock holding / working capital targets

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Knowledge of Retail and Ecom Supply Chain and Supply Chain Planning practices across channels
  • An inspiring leader who has experience of network planning and or logistics/operations
  • A highly organised both at an individual level and with an ability to build team capability to adhere to a plan across multiple functions
  • A confident communicator who can convey ideas and points of view in a compelling and engaging manner. With the ability to initiate and build positive relationships with business partners across functions
  • Has strong commercial Foresight and knowledge of business IT systems who can assimilate data from multiple sources to drive operational outputs
