We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the full operation of one of our stores, setting the pace in a fast-changing retail environment. You’ll deliver against the retail plan, inspire high-performing teams, and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work. This is a role for resilient, commercial leaders who bring clarity, accountability, and ambition to every part of the operation – from standards and service to profit and people.

What you’ll doYour key accountabilities will include:
• Lead the delivery of the retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, and people performance.
• Set the strategy and direction for the store, ensuring clarity and accountability at every level.
• Own the change agenda, landing transformation initiatives with pace and impact.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, talent development, and engagement.
• Use data and insight to make confident decisions that drive profit, improve service, and boost efficiency.
Your skills and experience will include:
• Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver across all areas of store performance.
• Clear, direct communicator with the courage to make tough decisions and bring colleagues with you.
• Skilled in planning, performance management, and resilience under pressure.
• Confident using digital tools and data to make decisions and coach others to do the same.
