Are you detail-driven, organised, and passionate about delivering excellence in retail execution? We’re looking for a Shelf Edge & Promotions Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our pricing, promotions, and ticketing are accurate, timely, and customer-ready.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

Key accountabilities and measures

  • Lead shelf-edge ticket creation and maintenance for NPD, promotions, price changes, and content updates
  • Set up and maintain promotional activity, price fixes, and retail uplifts in SAP and Beanstore
  • Monitor ticketing quality through audits and the Closer to Customer framework
  • Resolve ticketing queries in collaboration with stores and ensure SLA compliance
  • Support promotional launches and operational peaks, ensuring alignment with the Promotional Critical Path

Key Skills

  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and support cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with pricing and promotions systems and an understanding of retail operations (desirable).

Weekend cover is required for this position.
