This section tells you all you need to know about the position and its responsibilities, outlining everything we hope to see in a successful candidate.
To stay close to our customers and colleagues, our support teams are in the office for at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
Summary
We’re hiring for a Technical Product Manager and help shape the future of enterprise data across Fashion, Home & Beauty. You'll lead the development of scalable data products and platform services that power critical business decisions, unlock value across multiple teams, and drive major transformation programmes. Working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you'll partner closely with Engineering and stakeholders to deliver trusted, reusable, and high-performing data services that have impact at scale.
What you'll do
Own and evolve FH&B Domain Services as internal products, with clear accountability, defined consumers, measurable success metrics, and end-to-end lifecycle management aligned to enterprise data strategy and transformation goals across Design, Buy and Make.
Define product vision, strategy, and priorities, creating and communicating a clear roadmap underpinned by OKRs, managing the product backlog, and balancing business outcomes, technical risk, and long-term platform sustainability.
Partner closely with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to shape solutions, delivery sequencing, service boundaries, and data contracts, ensuring scalable, reliable, and reusable data products that meet current and future business, analytics, and reporting needs.
Drive product performance and continuous improvement, defining and tracking adoption, business impact, data quality, operational performance, and product health metrics to inform decision-making and maximise value.
Ensure operational excellence and platform resilience, delivering data products that meet quality, availability, observability, resilience, and compliance requirements, while supporting DevOps operations, incident management, and ongoing service stability.
Who you are
Proven product management experience, with a strong track record of defining product strategy, owning roadmaps, delivering value, and continuously optimising products through to live service.
Experience working with enterprise data, analytics, and reporting, including a solid understanding of data quality and the challenges of operating in complex, large-scale environments.
Demonstrated success delivering products in cross-functional environments, balancing business objectives, technical constraints, operational requirements, and stakeholder needs.
Data-driven and outcome-focused mindset, with experience defining and managing OKRs, leveraging product performance metrics, and using insights to drive prioritisation and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to solve complex problems, influence stakeholders, build trust, and create clarity across business and technology teams.
