What you'll do
- Maintain and update core reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timely delivery across weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
- Assist in preparing business performance packs, providing well‑structured dashboards, commentary inputs and supporting analysis to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and simplification of reporting tools and processes to increase speed, efficiency and usability.
- Ensure reporting outputs are aligned to a single version of the truth and support teams across Online with clear, reliable performance insight.
- Work closely with commercial, trading and finance teams to gather data, validate results and ensure reporting supports wider commercial decision‑making.
Who you are
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, simple insights.
- Competent in digital, online or commercial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, BI platforms).
- Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Ability to manage deadlines, organise work effectively and maintain reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn, contribute and improve processes.
